    Holster Recommendation

Good morning to all from the Texas panhandle area. Snowing now and I am off work today. So I came here today to seek expert advise on a leather owb holster to fit my Taurus G2C.

    This is the requirements I have;

    All Leather

    fits 1 1/2 inch belt

    combat cut

    Very concealable

    fit tight against the body

belt loops (not a paddle holster)

I am on a working man budget $60.00 to $80.00

Any advise or recommendation would greatly appreciated.

Welcome from Northern Illinois! I have one of these to fit my CZ75 Compact and while I don't wear it a lot, it seems to be a well made product in the USA.

For IWB which I primarily carry in, I use the Alien Gear leather/Kydex type.

I’ve used one of these for over 10 years. 1st for a PT145, then one for my S&W Shield. They are molded to fit your firearm, comfortable, concealable and very durable. Prices are down on these, must be a sale item.

Look at UBG Holsters (Ugly Bald Guy).
I highly recommend the Regulator, also the Phatos gets good reviews ~$65.

The Regulator is a leather snap scabbard with loops that go under your belt and snap. I have one for my Bersa Thunder Plus and one for my CZ75 Compact. Very good holster.
Look at the link below and scroll down to the Regulator. They do not show a G2C in the gun list but do show Mil Pro.....so you are probably covered. They only make these when you order so wait time is a few weeks.

For IWB I use Concealment Express, kydex. I have a few, one for my G3, fits me extremely well and is comfortable.
I got a holster and mag carrier for my G3 for a little less than $60.
    Shut up and reload!

I don't know what a combat cut is, but I like Tagua holsters and they are (to me) reasonably priced. I've paid anywhere from $9 to $29 for them. Look for the BH1 model that fits your gun. It may work for you, but to each his own.

Hi and welcome! For a leather belt holster I tend to stick with a pancake style. My favorite is the Safariland Model 58 PI with FBI cant, or Model 57 without the cant.

A holster I’ve been intrigued with is Urban Carry’s G3. It ticks off a lot of boxes on your list; ultimate concealment, fits the price range, all leather, it will work with a 1 1/2” belt, and it’s not a paddle holster. They have a few G2 series left but those are on closeout at $40 in favor of the G3 at $69. It’s actually a pretty slick little deal.

I don’t know what my spirit animal would be, but I’m pretty sure it has rabies.

Welcome from wet and rainy Plano! We're getting the same stuff here but not quite as cold as up near your parts. My recommendation might be a bit higher than your price range but you get a really great custom holster tailored to your needs. I have two holsters from Paul Vitigliano at Holster Pro https://holsterpro.com/products/. One for my G2 and one for a Ruger LCP II. High quality materials and construction. Great to work with.
