I highly recommend the Regulator, also the Phatos gets good reviews ~$65.

The Regulator is a leather snap scabbard with loops that go under your belt and snap. I have one for my Bersa Thunder Plus and one for my CZ75 Compact. Very good holster.
Look at the link below and scroll down to the Regulator. They do not show a G2C in the gun list but do show Mil Pro.....so you are probably covered. They only make these when you order so wait time is a few weeks.

Is the Regulator considered a mid or low ride holster?

I prefer holsters that provide a barrier between the gun and a sweaty body. I live in Florida which has more than its’ share of heat and humidity.

Some guns will rust if you don’t keep a thin coat of oil on the slide, safety and the slide stop lever.

I’m still looking for ideal holsters for my Ruger SR9-C and Taurus PT111 Millennium G2 9mm pistols.

Sure wish manufacturers and magazine reviewers would address potential rust problems in their descriptions.

belt loops (not a paddle holster)

I am on a working man budget $60.00 to $80.00

Any advise or recommendation would greatly appreciated.

I just receive a leather holster from TT Gunleather...beautiful but it doesn't fit into that price range.

However, y0ou might like Winthrop Holsters. Prices are in your ballpark.
