I'm afraid of guns. Guns kill. I wouldn't dare own one or carry one in public.

Had been .40 for some time, but I'm favoring 9mm recently. Easier on the hand now that I'm developing a little arthritis.

9mm..... only because my Colt Commander, while wonderful to shoot, has a tendency to pull my pants down. Guess I need a better belt...!!!!!!

    I have a Taurus PT111 Millennium G2 and a Ruger SR9C for EDC, both 9mm. For a house gun I keep a S&W SW40VE “Sigma” .40 on an end table, within reach.

I'm 80 and had a carpal-tunnel operation last year and arthritis in my right wrist so I limit myself to compact 9mm or a full-size .40 to minimize kick.

My sons’ Kimber 1911 .45 has about the same kick as my .40 but his Glock G-26 9mm causes severe pain in my wrist.

All three of my guns were Handgun of the Year winners.
