Colin Noir's comment on the recent Walmart open carrier banned for life

Listening to his comments, I was amazed at how he exactly said most of what I was thinking about the incident, along with a few things I had not considered.

I was going to post this video the other day, but then there were a naughty word or two in it and I decided against it. So just a heads-up to anyone with tinies around. The content of the video is good, just a couple of words you might not want them to learn yet.

In Texas they have 2 signs that need to be posted to make it legal. 30-06 no guns permitted & 30-07 No open carry allowed. By law these sign must be posted. The owner of a store can ask you to leave if you are carrying as that is their right. Just like we have the right not to shop in such stores. I think that Walmart over reacted in this case.

I wonder if the Kentucky Walmart even had a sign saying anything about no open carry. I looked for a sign today at my local Walmart and there was no signs mentioning carry at all yet.

A simple open carry/cc analogy.....if you're in water that's known to have alligators, would you want the water to be clear or muddy?

Colion Noir pretty much nails it when he speaks.....unfortunately other than the trolls that harrass him his comments amount to preaching to the choir.

Only 30-07 needs to be posted in Texas to stop open carry on premises, 30-06 bans concealed carry which Walmart allows.
Even with no signs posted they only have to ask You to leave and if You refuse then it becomes criminal trespass.

I don't know about the laws in Kentucky but the guy in the video most likely knew about Walmart's policy against open carry and was staging a mini protest inside the store that's why He got banned for life from Walmart.
