Today I carried my P365XL in a "We The People" IWB holster and my CZ75 SP-01 is getting night stand duty tonight.

On the rare occasions that I have the opportunity to conceal carry, I choose either my G2 or Spectrum. Usually the Spectrum gets the nod due to its better concealability (my opinion only) - particularly in the warmer months. Both have IWB Clinger holsters which are located roughly in the appendix position.

Those of you that have been here for quite sometime can answer this question just as easily as I can, as it comes up on a semiannual basis. In fact that might be fun. You tell me what and how I carry.

With the colder weather comes bigger or heavier carry guns. Today it was my 3" barreled Ruger Security Six in a Bianchi Cyclone holster. My trusty Sig P365 was playing BUG in my pocket holster.

    Taurus PT111 G2

Although I recently had a job change. I used to carry the Taurus PT111 G2 at work.

It's a good gun for the price. Only issue was the gritty trigger but I solved that issue with a deep cleaning.

I've hit it against concrete walls several times, and hard. I've also run and jumped carrying the G2, all with the safety off.

It carries 12+1 9mm rounds. Don't need a second magazine for that many!

It's a good gun once the gritty trigger is fixed. I trusted it with my life for years.

Only 1 stovepipe while shooting a couple boxes of Tul Ammo, so I wasn't surprised. Otherwise in over 1,300 rounds I've never had a malfunction of any kind.

It's a good gun, check them out.

Hmmm. Carry a gun at work. Jumping. Running. Hitting concrete walls.

You wouldn't happen to be the residential burglar I saw getting chased on a episode of Cops, would you?

    .
regardless of capacity or weapon brand the reason for carrying an additional magazine is not solely for more booletts, its for back up if/when your first magazine has an issue or when making a clearance of a jam/ malfunction to have the additional mag for a fast change.
