My only experience with them is relegated to a few other internet forums and one .gif image (guns - Jiffier gifs through HTML5 Video Conversion.) of an individual using one where the gun flies out of the holster when pulled semi-vigorously. I'd assume the image was done for comedic effect, but don't have any firsthand experience with them. I think personally I'd rather go with a regular IWB holster, they look pretty uncomfortable to me.

I have a similar thing and I'm just too fat. I'm sold on the Sneaky Pete. It's out there for every one to not see. One guy asked me what kind of new phone did I get.

This requires 2 hands when drawing the gun out of the holster. I like to use 1 hand to draw the gun out of my holster, while my other hand is moving into position to support the gun hand. In a critical situation - timing may make a big difference! So this holster would probably not work for me!

I've seen them. I have no interest in them. The whole set up looks way too convoluted to work.

I was skeptical for a good long while about this holster. Have never carried appendix style but I decided to go ahead and buy there new G2 model. I was surprised how comfortable it was for being almost right where my groin is. Ill have you all know I am not the most fit thin person, and i know some have had trouble sitting and drawing but it was very simple and smooth for me, might not use it all the time but i like having it as an option.

I saw this on the net and thought it looked really goofy and cumbersome.

It would interfere with my suspenders.
