I open carry, curse profusely, belch, pass gas, smoke, dip, and scratch my privates while picking my nose. And that's just in the fishing aisle at Walmart.
I'm from the government. I'm here to help.

I assume the swators only get one get off the hook free card?
That second call to the police should be an automatic criminal offense.

It should be a low-level felony the first time.

OC is not legal in Texas but I don't think I would ever open carry if it were. I would rather blend in as the harmless white-haired guy.

It sounds like the PD responded very well!
I agree. If we worry about all the things that might happen we'll end up dead of a coronary.

All I ask for in Texas is the option to OC.

And I hope that the person gets some heat for wasting 911 time.
    Reasons I open carry
    1. To raise awareness of the legality of open carry in Michigan.
    2. To raise awareness that good people carry guns.
    3. As a deterrent to people so that I won't be targeted.
    4. Because it's more comfortable than CC in most situations.
    5. Because I can and want to.
    6. Because it's perfectly legal.
    7. Self defense
    8. I carry a gun as a status symbol, it says my status is I am nobody's victim
    9. Because it pisses off liberal anti-gun types.
