COnsidering that the Taurus G3 was just added to the line, when and if it gets here (there are some online gun stores taking pre-orders), will be the large Taurus for awhile. Taurus has literally changing up the whole line of pistols they offer.

Taurus full size TH9s are not hard to find if you know where to look. Even the gun auctions sites and a LGS in this area have TH9 full size pistols.

The OSS line has been gone for some years now.

As they were forced to replace defective pistols I expect they pared down the
product offering to the cheapest things so they could say "sorry, it's all we have".

I still have my PT24/7 G2 because it wasn't part of the settlement, and even if it was I'd still keep it. It was the first pistol I bought after my divorce, not in a bad way, but in a "hey I'm going to use my money for me" way. I can't believe they didn't rebrand it as another model if they wanted to distance it from the settlement guns. I love every feature on it, ambi controls, loaded chamber indicator, second strike capable, a decocker, dovetailed sights, accessory mount, and 17+1 capacity. When I got it for $335 I thought it was one of the best investments I could've made in a gun.

Two of them are on the top shelf of my safe with a lone 9mm OSS.

Plenty of owners and their OSS pistols reside here.

My 24/7 Pro DS was the best pistol I ever fired. Everything about it was exactly as I wanted, and it was very accurate. Unfortunately, the trigger failed and I had to send it back for servicing—just before the recall was announced. I was told "it could not be repaired" and they were sending me a new one. A ear later I got a Gen 2 24/7. It was nice, but not as good as the original. It did not work so I sent it back for repairs. All this was at Taurus' expense, so they did right by me. I no longer trusted the Gen 2 24/7, though, so I sold it unfired. I replaced it with an FNH-F9, which is a great pistol; but I still miss the original 24/7 Pro DS. It was a great firearm! If I had been given the choice, I would have kept it.
