I can set it so that you can only attatch a certain size pic, but there's nothing on your end that you can adjust.
I will look into making the max size for attatchments smaller.
Picture posting sizes?
Yeah, I am wondering if there is a limit that can be set in this setup, that would limit the max size that a picture will open too. I find myself having scroll down, move the picture over a bit, then scroll back up to see a section of the picture, then back down again, to move it over a bit, then back to top to see that sections. It just seems like there should be a setting that would post it without the need to scroll to the left or right, then move the screen back to the tops to view the whole picture. It is especially bad if someone puts all 4 pictures in and you have to do the scroll thing thru them all to view.

Just thought it might help those of us that look at the thumbnails, and enlarge them to look more. my resolution is set for 1024 by 768, which is not large. I would hate to be someone using 800 by 600 or some ungodly resolution.
i agree with robby.that way we dont have to scroll the picture side to side.
Mine is set to 1440x900. I try to make the site comfortable for those on 1024x768, but have no mercy for those still on 800x600.
Well one of my systems is down right now. It runs dual 19" monitors, and I ran a 1200 something on them. I thought the latest standard was 1024 by 768 up to what you run, but I cannot get this one to go that high.
I use a widescreen monitor. That's why it has the wierd dimensions.
When I had my 19" CRT, I used 1600x1200.
Everything was TENNY tiny
Ya'll need to remember some of us OLD guys, need help vision wise. Between glasses, bifocal lens, and too many years looking at these screens. Well you young guys will be there one of these days.
Guess I have to work on my old main system and get it back running with the larger monitors.
Sorry guys ... I was wrong. That setting does not exist.![]()
What about making a sticky for recommended picture sizes. For example it you use Photobucket.com they have quick resize setting depending on what you intent for the picture is i.e. Avatar, Forum and MySpace Comments. So they essentially resize the picture to best fit the intended use of it.
Just thought I might throw that out.
