I think they are talking about Flash embedded into the posting, as in animated graphics type of Flash. I'm not sure on an answer for your question, but I *think* it may be disabled.

How do you get the Flash to work on posting
When i click on the flash icon...it just shows up..doesn't flash...
Test..http://can you see this flashing..
Maybe it is just something on my computer that wont allow it to flash...Dunno
..
