Much agreed ... BUT .... It wouldn't be feasable because not everyone fills that field in their profile. Not to mention, some may consider it a privacy issue.

It might be nice to be able to search members by location.

Well...if you fill it in; you probably wouldn't consider it a privacy issue and if you felt it a privacy issue; you wouldn't fill it in....Does that make sense?
anyway I think it would be a good way to find member close to you...
Another way might be state or regional topics???Black Six out.

folks in Texas could still live over a 1,000 miles from each other, might work good for you folks in the itty bitty states

Being able to search out forum members by state would be awesome for buying and selling firearms without haveing to go through FFL. But most forum members from WI are far away from me anyways.
