CS really needs to get online ordering

Called about getting a new extractor for my 24/7.
Started as caller #11, now after 40 minutes listening to the same music ad nauseum, I'm #7.
At this rate they will close before I get through.
Or get more CS Reps.

UPDATE:
1 hour 10 minutes to get through, maybe 5 minutes to order the parts.
2 extractors and a pin, no spring in stock, skipped it or they would hold everything until the backorder comes in.
$37.75 with shipping.
Except for the long wait time on hold, no problems.

Taurus getting customer service online would be patriotic. Help the economy by hiring people, improve customer dispositions by providing a more efficient way of processing their requests thus improving their mood and having fond thoughts of Taurus.

Sorry you had such a long wait...don't think I could/would wait that long...it piss me off.

Taurus' entire electronic communications system is a mess. They need a complete revision of their email system to allow for customer email and a professional web presence that can answer customer questions. Then they need to buy an online parts ordering system, including a custom shop and custom parts.

Have to agree, one hour 23 minutes to hear "send us your magazine, we'll send you a new one."
Email is a wonderful alternative, many others use it with great efficiency.
