Lay it on me..Rossi Rio Grande 30-30 vs Marlin 30-30

I came across a deal on a Rossi Rio Grande 30-30. I haven't seen one in person/held one/or heard much about the Rossi RG 30-30. Anyone have some first hand experiance that they would care to share? How do these compare to a Marlin 30-30? Any opinions on the fit and finish? Reliability? Out of the box accuracy?
Truth is I am not a big rifle guy, but have given thought as to picking up one more. I currently have a couple of SKS, Marlin 30/30, Marlin .22mag, Rem .22lr, Ruger rancher .223

I would check out this forum recently started by ranchdog who is here as well it is dedicated to rossi rifles. and has it's own rio grande subforum good info and good people to ask this to. May get faster response there it moves a little slower here at times still good taurus group here as well
