    my new rossi matched pair.410/.22

i recently aquired a rossi matched pair(youth size) .410/.22 , i got it to keep in the truck with my BOB/go bag for emergencies.
it came with a bag of its own, and a sling (usable on the bag, or rifle) i intentionally wanted the youth size for the absolute compactnessof the package. i added a stock sock, which i had to cut down and re-sew inorder to make it tight enough on a youth stock. it holds 10 rounds of misc .410. if you pull back the sock, you will find i drilled out 50 holes for .22lr. if i had it to do over i would have laid it out much better, rather then wingin' it. but i'm none to concerened with how it looks because it is under the sock.

does anyone know if this rifle will shoot .45 long colt? or are the only slugs go through it the .410 slugs? i'm guessing that since the .410 barrel isnt rifled that the .45lc is impracticle. i think the .410 slugs are spiral grooved like a 12 guage slugs are.

thanx, i need to get out in the yard, and practice with it a bit. i'd like to feel proficient at hitting a squirrel, or a ribbit. i just dont want to shoot any needlessly, and i'll be hard pressed before i can convince momma that whats on the grill is pork.
