The visually appealing Taurus 62C Stainless Steel carbine has proven to be handy, accurate, and reliable with various brands of .22LR Rimfire ammunition. I never mounted a scope or reflex sight on my 62C. I've found the iron sights to be adequate out to fifty yards for me. If I want to shoot at greater ranges, I grab one of my scoped centerfire rifles.

That's a sweet little carbine...really too bad Taurus doesn't make 'em anymore.

Yes, it is too bad. I also recently purchased a new PT-38S, which they also discontinued. I really like them both. If you can find either of these Taurus firearms, I, for one, recommend you buy it.
