It definitely was the case on mine. I took a dremel to the stock to take the edge off. I wanted to refinish the stock anyway as I really was not a fan of the quality of the finish or the orange color.
I have recently purchased a Circuit Judge which shoots great and i am glad i did purchase it. But i Only have one complaint and im hoping it is only my rifle that has this problem so i can get it fixed but if not ill just have to deal with it. The cylinder on the cj does not fall far enough away from the rifle to unload all the spent shells at once because the stock is in the way. Its more of an inconvenience then a problem i just wondered if this was a normal thing or not.

Here is my C J with a Sure Fire light mounted with see through mount and laser.
The new Hornady Lever Evolution ammo is fantastic! I found it on line at Midway for $17.00 a box of 20. Thrilled!
I positioned the light over the fiber optic sights. The halo of the light lights up the sights in complete darkness.
No zombies allowed. BOO!

Hey dogwodzz,
What a nice looking CJ.
I just ordered mine from Buds. Can't wait/ I am hoping to get it by next weekend. I also ordered some 000 and some slugs.
What is your accuracy with Hornady's LeverEvolution?
Thanks
Cheers,
Mad

Welcome to TaurusArmed!
I believe you have the distinction of posting the very first Circuit Judge pics on this forum.
(someone correct me if I'm wrong.)
You certainly know your way around a camera, too. Those are some splendid photos. Thanks for posting.
