I've never seen one on a Rossi 92. Mine has the crescent butt stock, and I've never seen a recoil pad like that either. But there could be something ou there somewhere.

Any thoughts on best recoil pad for 16" Rossi M92 44 mag lever action?

Wear a PAST pad it helps with recoil and leaves rifle looking right.

I forgot about those style pads. One would look good on my 92. They're in keeping with the style of the rifle.

Yes Smokewagon I've seen them at various cowboy action events. It is the only kind of pads allowed to be used. I don't use them on my 92 or 20 gauge however. Some of them really look good though on the guns.

I got a leather lace on from Cabela's, (XS) and it works great with my M92 45Colt using +P loads. I was expecting a real kick, but it tamed it VERY nicely.
