    The only Rossi I have left (picture)

    I had a 92 lever in 38spl that shot great but the action was rough. I stopped at a gun shop and saw this live hammered dbl cheap. I've since got rid of the 92, but haven't been able to part with this one yet.

    Most likely, the old exposed hammer Rossi was made in the mid to late 70's. I had one with 18 1/4" barrels. Kind of wish I still had it. I think I would definitely hang on to that. They were pretty neat guns, and most folks standing opposite a double barrel just aren't likely to argue with you when you tell them they need to do something. Nothing says stop and desist better than two 12 guage barrels side by side.
