    New Rossi Squirrel Gun

At my favorite gun shop today, something caught my eye. At a distance, it looked like one of those Russian Burp Guns with the full 360 Heat shielded barrels with a Drum magazine. I think they called them a burp gun and had a designation like PPR or something. Anyhow, as I got closer, I could tell it was a .22 bore, picked it up and it said Rossi, and yes, it is a .22 LR and the Drum holds 50 rounds. Neat looking, but at $579, I just never get invaded by that many Squirrels. Maybe Major Darkside will get it, or Major Chicarrones.

I like the challenge of a well placed shot rather than peppering tree rats with a spray of lead. It wouldn't be legal in NY anyhows. Got pix?

I'd love a PPsh clone (pref. in .22LR). I couldn't find anything on the Rossi website, got a link?

Nope, no links or pictures, it was in a local gun shop and it was new, you could have knocked me over with a feather when I read Rossi on it. I can give you a phone number of the shop if you PM me.

    Re: New Rossi Squirrel Gun

Here it is in Puma, which bought out the Rossi Lever Gun division last year, and I did find it googling "PPsh clone" and it is supposed to be made in Italy now, however the one I saw today said Rossi. It was apparantly a Rossi Development gun at the time of the buy out. Here is a link for the Puma to purchase from Legacy Sports

I would like one of those in both .22LR and 9mm.

I'll take a pass. Sorta looks like my old Mossberg 152 with a drum on it. I don't have the barrel shroud, either.

Can always get an AR7 and dress it. I have one with an M4 style telescoping sight, barrel shroud, and have a 15 round stick mag for it. No drums, but heck, I usually feed it with the stock 8 rounders. It's a neat gun and has that tacticool look. Sure weren't no 600 bucks. I gave a friend 70 bucks for it. It shoots well. I had one before this one that I dressed up, gave about 100 for it. It got stolen and I kinda wanted to replace it when my friend mentioned he wanted to sell his.
