Pearce Grip Extension is on my wife's TCP - got two of them for under $20. It really helps control the recoil for her. Here is a picture to show how it looks on the gun.

Yeah, I have them already. When i put them on the magazine will not stay in the gun, its like the mag release isn't catching or something

I would have to ask if your gun is an 'A', 'B', or 'C' model. My wife's gun is a 'C' model and they work perfect on it. I know there is a difference in the early versions of the gun in the magazine. I also remember reading a post where someone mentioned he had to make a slight mod to the extension to get the magazine to seat. I am thinking it might have been a little sanding off the top surface that makes contact with the frame. The poster didn't go into detail and I was even thinking I might have to do some mod when they arrived, but they didn't need anything.

I think that is what I would try (sanding), but first contact Pierce and see what they say. I purchased some for my 709 and the magazine is a little harder to get in, just requires a little more effort to seat.

It is also good to seat the magazine with a firm tap from the base of your non-shooting hand and if the Pearce Grip is holding it open, the force from the tap may compress the grip enough to allow it to seat. If it is not staying in while you are firing the weapon, make sure you are not hitting the release with your thumb as some have reported on here.
