I just received the extension & put it on & the magazine will not stay in, any suggestions anyone? ( from Pearce grip)
Pearce Grip Extension is on my wife's TCP - got two of them for under $20. It really helps control the recoil for her. Here is a picture to show how it looks on the gun.
Yeah, I have them already. When i put them on the magazine will not stay in the gun, its like the mag release isn't catching or something
I think that is what I would try (sanding), but first contact Pierce and see what they say. I purchased some for my 709 and the magazine is a little harder to get in, just requires a little more effort to seat.
Thanks, I'll contact Pierce
It is also good to seat the magazine with a firm tap from the base of your non-shooting hand and if the Pearce Grip is holding it open, the force from the tap may compress the grip enough to allow it to seat. If it is not staying in while you are firing the weapon, make sure you are not hitting the release with your thumb as some have reported on here.
