TCP cracked barrel lug

Today I try to test USA Ammo in my TCP 738. First shoot, went into the target. Pulled trigger and no hammer reset. I did not notice, but the gun did not cycle or ejected brass. Could not pull the slide back. Pulled pin and removed slide assembly from the gun. Barrel broken, the slot were the recoil guide sits sheared off. Do not belive was ammo related. Test postponed until I can get to the range with my other gray TCP which is brand new and my Bersa 383 A. Gun going to Taurus on Monday. However I shoot my PT 145, report will got in th Millenium section, minor problems. Also will continue my 738 TCP serial number ending with B as a continuation of the gun history with pics from today. See below broken barrel pics.
