    Try using some synthetic safe blast free. You would be surprised how much dark crap comes out of the nooks and crannies with that stuff.

    Update to Failure to eject with PT709 - removed extractor and cleaned back to range - no change - talked with Taurus and sending it back for repairs!

    Update - Talked again to Taurus with concerns about turnaround time for repair and asked them to send me the part, They agreed now waiting for part. Anyone run into issues on installing new extractor in the 709 that I should watch for?

    1 idea, sell it and get a good Ruger lc9s or a smith and Wesson Shield. that will solve it.
