Taurus International service - need information

Hi All


I need to contact Taurus for service, unfortunately I'm outside the U.S, (I'm in South Africa)


Does anyone have the local telephone number for Taurus in Florida? (Not the 1-800 number, as we can't reach it from outside the US)


I'm also looking for the email address for Taurus.





Taurus agents seem to have disappeared completely from our shores. (It doesn't help either that so many of our gunshops have been driven out of business, due to the unpopular and repressive new legislation)

However , there are still a few Taurus owners here who need service and still believe in the brand. It was known for it's quality and price here.

PS: I had the privilege of visiting the U.S once. And I'm very thankful for that. I sit here in tears now as I remember that indescribable feeling of freedom I had in your country.

I'm not aware of an e-mail address, but from the website, here are a couple of numbers. (305) 624-1115 and (305) 624-1126, which shows to be a fax number.

Hi 'Jolly Roger' and good luck.....you will need it !
I also live in South Africa (Johannesburg) and have totally given up trying to get replies from Taurus America.....as has my dealer.....who no longer stocks Taurus products as he cannot get any customer support from them.
The telephones at customer service (is that title a joke or what ?) just ring and ring....and yes I have allowed for the time difference and do get an answer from their main switchboard.
Faxes go 'somewhere' but never get responded to and, in this, the 21st Century I quess that Taurus still seem to prefer to use a quill pen for correspondence as they do not appear to have discovered computers and e-mail addresses !
The products are great.... the aftercare and respect for their customers (after they have had your cash) is ZERO !
