As of Today we have officially changed the name of this section from Taurus Complaints to Taurus Product Problems. The purpose for this change is to place more emphasis on the intended purpose of this section.
The Product Problems Section is intended to be a place for TaurusArmed members to discuss issues pertaining to problems they may encounter with their Taurus, Rossi, or Herritage Arms, firearms. The focus of these discussions is intended to be directed toward finding a solution to the problem. That may be in the form of questions about how to fix something yourself, or questions about how to send your gun back to Taurus for warranty repairs. The purpose of this is to allow other members and staff to offer help in solving a problem with your firearm.
These changes were made to keep the focus on the positive side of the problem. This section is not a place to bitch, moan, and complain about your firearm. If you feel the need to do that we suggest that you direct your comments to Taurus USA via letter, email, or telephone. This forum has no connection to Taurus International or Taurus USA. TaurusArmed.net is privately owned and completely independent of Taurus and any of its related companies. We are a forum comprised of gun and shooting enthusiasts who have an interest in Taurus firearms as well as a wide range of other shooting and firearm related topics. If you post in this section please keep your comments positive and directed at the issue you are having. Posts with a negative attitude, whining, etc., will be locked, and the member subject to punishment as the staff feels appropriate.
