Possible Commander size...?

status says "discontinued" but I have seen several listings on taurus's site for products not yet released labeled that. Plus it says "picture coming soon" but that could be nothing.

Note in the specs the barrel length is "0" which leads b me to believe there still working on the details. But it says 8+1 capacity which sounds like a Commander class pistol.

I hope we will see a commander and even officer size offerings from my favorite brand. And some doublestacks sooner or later.

Here we go again with the rumors making my heart start pounding till my eyes water. I'll believe it when I see one in my hands. I won't really get excited till I see one in a lightweight nickeled model. I almost bought a Kimber Pro Carry at the last gunshow I attended but decided to wait and see if Taurus would come to their senses and start making the Commander.

It would be nice, a 9mm would be nice to I'd get one before a .38 super one just cause of ammo prices.

Still no news though... The new 9mm would make a great "Comandante" and I would love to have one in stainless... Just thought I would throw this back to the top for a good idea that was killed for whatever reason...
