    223 rem 69gr Sierra MatchKing

anyone have a proven load using 69gr Sierra MatchKing and Varget?
    I built an AR 15 upper using a 16" 1:8 twist 5R 223 Wylde chamber
My pet 55gr SGK were a no go and my 65gr SGK did ok with 26.2 grains of Varget @ 2.260
I've read the 69gr SMK are the way to go, but I'm feeling a bit under the weather(and don't feel like working up a load) so i thought I'd ask
around (cheat a little ) and see what i could find. Varget is the only powder I'm interested in using right now (have a bunch)
    thanks for your help
(here is look at my take on a side charger 3 gun AR
I'll post more about it after I finish a dedicated lower)

Damn that is a nice gun.
Always remember to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle your targets
    Reduce them to shreds
Reuse shoot them more than once
    Recycle whatever is left over

Ignorance is the lack of knowledge. Stupid is the refusal to do anything about it.

Thanks, as soon as I finish my lower for it I'll post up some pics, basically its using the same lower set-up like my other AR's
I might change the gas block to an adjustable one.

I worked up some loads and 24gr of Varget shot a .630ish group... not bad considering its a light weight barrel and a 1-4x20 scope

My Rockriver 20" varmint EOP with Wylde chamber likes 24gr varget, Cci br primers, 80gr SMKs. It shoots .5 at 100 with this load and lake city brass. I used this load when I started shooting 600yd f-class and it worked very well against the .308s. Send me a PM if you have any questions.
