Adding to the 900 Herd: new 917 and 908

I apparently cannot get enough of these 900 Series pistols. I located a very nice, used 917 in stainless to go along with the blued gun I picked up at Cabela's 3 weeks ago. Ironically, I found this one online at a Cabela's in La Vista, Nebraska and had it transferred to the Allen, Tx store. I guess you could say Cabela's has been my one-stop shop for all things Taurus PT-917. Anyway, here are my 2 new 917's:

In addition, I have been hunting for a PT-908 since reading about them in this forum. It seems like it would be a great choice for carry when a higher capacity gun would be hard to hide. I found one online yesterday, and it turned out that it was an auction placed by a local gun store, Jackson Armory. I called them and had them hold it. I got this beauty for $319 OTD, and it came with 3 mags (2 still new in the package), and the original box.

Thanks, all. I don't think the 908 has been shot very much. It has the stiffest trigger of all of my 900's and 2 of the 3 mags were still in the package. I see what you mean, jwc, the grip is easily a 1/4 inch thinner than my 911.

Thanks. I just got a package from Altamont yesterday, so the 917's, the 909, and my blued 911 have some new shoes. I will post pics next week.
