    My PT-945 pics!

Everyone was asking to see it, so here it is! I also just picked up it's little brother, a PT-22 with the same rosewood/gold appointments. Woohoo! Taking them to the range tonight, gonna ventilate some paper zombies!

Very nice sir, that 945 is a smooth shooter. And the PT-22 is no slouch of a gun, i have the Poly version and absolutely love it. Just remember not to rack the slide. I'm thinking about picking up the metal version just to have one. Here are mine.

I was looking at the photo of your 945 and the missing gold screw. With those Rosewood grips you could very easy install black screws and they would blend right in with the grips.
If you ever want to change the look to a almost different looking pistol, try a set of Pearl grips, they look excellent on the black framed pistols.

This is the first time that I noticed that the PT-22 slide has the fish scales. That was one of the things that prompted me to purchase my Smith and Wesson 1911 Series E over the Ruger SR1911.

I think the fish scales is one of the things that made me buy it personally. I almost bought the metal version, but i didn't because the Poly was about $50 less as a used gun. Found out it was made last year sometime, so it's far newer than i thought it would be for a used gun.

That's not a bad idea. Unless you knew the screws were supposed to be black, you'd think it was normal. All this purty stainless has me second guessing myself on the black/gold/rosewood.
