The manual you should be able to download from their website. They probably sell the keys, but not sure about the case. If you can find a set of security hex/allen wrenches that will take the place of the TSS key. Most people never use them anyway.
Does anyone know where to find a replacement factory case? I've looked online with no luck. Will Taurus sell or send one upon request? I purchased a pistol that was missing all these things and would like to acquire them. I hoped that the Taurus website would provide more accessories but they don't. Thanks for any input!

Keys are ridiculously cheap and you can get them just about anywhere. As far as a case goes, if it's a used gun, which it sounds like, you might be better served to just buy an aftermarket case. Lord knows what they would cost if Taurus actually sold you one.

I always watch my local ranges, they usual have a box or table of misc items.. holsters, cases, bags etc.. I have bought a few SW blue cases for $5 each.

Yeah I don't plan on using the case or keys I just wanted to have them in case I ever decide to sell the gun. I'll keep an eye out for one at different places. If I have one complaint about Taurus it's that there's not much aftermarket support or factory accessory support it seams. I guess I'm spoiled by Beretta. You can buy things for discontinued firearms on their website as well as a variety of grips, spare parts etc.
I understand there is not much in the way of extras out there. I found if I am looking for something it has served me well to call customer service they sell parts that aren't on there web site. There is an 800 number however I could not place my hands or eyes on it at this time. Good luck....

Here is a case and key on ebay. Looks like it's ending soon.

Another problem with finding a replacement case is that so many of the Taurus guns continue to ship in the collector cardboard box. A plastic case would be nice, but I have a beautiful collection of fine Taurus black and white custom cardboard boxes. On the other hand the case on my Colt Defender, Beretta 96, S&W are all blue, so knowing which box is a Taurus is an easy pick....lol
