Recommendations for a Laser on PT101P

I have decided to use my PT101P as my home defense gun. I tried a few diffrent types of ammo and the Hornady 180 gr TAP was very accurate and will be my ammo of choice. Now i would like to add a laser.

Can you guys recommend a good laser for this particular model. Price will be an issue bc I don't care to spend as much on a laser as I did the gun. I don't feel the laser is particularly important but i would like to add one. While we are at it, I might be interested in a light as well.

    Thanks for an info!

My PT92 is my nightstand / S.H.T.F. gun. I have a Laserlyte "Q.D." (quick disconnect) laser mounted on it. It was about $125 at the time of purchase. It seems to be fine. I do re-check the Zero every 100 rounds or so.
I won't mount a white light because that would mean breaking at least two of the four basic safety rules. #1 Never point a gun at anything you don't wish to destroy, and #2 Be sure of your backstop.
I have a Maglight for the off-hand to identify any potential target. It would be a shame to shoot the cat.

Viridian X5 is awesome. The laser is VERY bright. You can see it easily 200+ yards in bright day light. At night you can see the whole beam for miles. Ive but 250 rnds threw still dead on. Ill post a pic tomorrow looks awesome on my pt100. http://www.viridiangreenlaser.com/

Speaking of lights and lazers,,,, is the rail a standard size rail,,?? I've been looking at some fixtures, but did not know what would fit.

Nice, indeed. However,it costs almost as much as the gun!. I'm looking forward to the price of green lasers eventually dropping as they become more common.

i got mine for 260$ onsale from adorama.com it is pricey but worth it. Standard red lasers are useless in day light or bright lit rooms. This is like the death star of lasers haha
