    Stoeger Double Defense

I used to love the looks of the old time coach gun...This appears to be an updated version in side by side or over and under...
So is it tacti-kool or has tactical use? What ya think?

The only thing more intimidating than the racking sound of a pump shot gun in the dark, is looking down the "wrong end" of a double barreled shotgun in the light!

I have a Stoeger coach gun and it's fun, but it's not my shotgun of choice for the house. My 590A1 does that with a few more rounds available.

I don't care for this version much. Tacticool is Ok for ARs and poly pistols, but some guns should always have wood furniture and kept like they were originally made (using modern ammo of course). Hell I don't even care for 1911s with rails on them. JMO

I like the side x side version. Been thinking about picking one up. I usually only buy guns for a definite purpose, and I truly do not need this gun, but the cool factor has me.

I prefer double-barrels with wood furniture and blued barrels - don't care for all the etched artwork either. If I wanted artwork, I'd buy a painting. Old school I guess.
