AR15 M4 build

Well the search has begun for my first AR15 build. Ill keep this updated as things progress. It for now will consist of a Palmetto State Armory hammer forged chrome lined 16" complete upper chambered in 5.56/.223 Nato. The lower will be a Spikes Tactical "Punisher" stripped lower, with a precision trigger and agjustable stock. It will be a flat top upper with a EoTech tactical scope and full picatinny foregrip. There are something Im forgetting but thats the important stuff. Pics coming soon!!

I also in the near future will be building a AR15 based .308 Sniper rifler/Precision comp shooter but Ill start a different thread on that once the build begins!!

Yes and matched with the Spikes lower it should be a nice little piece.

On a side note, we found the upper/lower for the .308 sniper build!!!

I've heard a lot of good about the PSA uppers, you'll have a good time building and shooting it. What trigger are you going with? If you're thinking about an SD Geissele, log into Brownells, they have them at a reduced price. Also, use discount code DMM for $20 off of $200.

I will be running a Geissele BUT it will have the Mega trigger but everything else will be the Geissele pieces. The trigger systems will be the same on my M4 build and the .308 sniper project and both will have around 3-4lb pull!

Sounds like a plan! My SD3G just arrived today and is already in the rifle. What a difference in pull! I can't wait to send a few downrange with it.

Will do. The Mega MaTen sniper build will be the most impressive though.

Ok a couple minor changes. The upper will be the same but the lower will be a Mega Arms billet lower and it will have all magpul furniture in OD green (handguard will have Magpul picatinny rails). The barrel will have A2 style front sight matched with a Troy folding battle in the rear as backup for the tac scope (undecided but eventually will ave EoTech).
