Guess Im going to go to the club tonight if not raining and give this a shot, or two , or 500. Either going to use my 64, 10/22 or Mark II.

I do watch top shots but I am on vacation this week so I have not seen this weeks episode, it's on the DVR at home though. That is cool they used the Volquartsen, I got tired of spending a ton of money on a 10/22 only to have something else need replacing so I bought my Volquartsen. I have had it for 6 years now, it is a deluxe model with the snake fluted barrel. At the top of this picture.
I wish I could think of myself as a ringer. I do have a gun that will win but the other half of the equation is the person shooting it. That's the problem with a great gun and ammo combo, no one to blame but myself!!!
P.S. I am up for a 50yard iron sight challenge. Think my Rossi 62 might just do the trick!!

Whoohoo!
Went out to see if I can increase the distance to my backyard range.
Fortunately no large trees behind where it is now.
Cleared out some brush and small (<2") trees and got to 50 yards.
Now when I shoot the pistol I'll be in the woods out of sight of the neighbors.
And I can better zero the scope on the Savage.
