Thanks much! This turned out to be a great choice for a starter rifle years ago. I learned a lot from taking it down and replacing parts and pieces. Prety much the only stock parts left is the barrel, piston, and pistol grip.
I figured I'd post up my newest long gun - a Weatherby Vanguard chambered in .270 Win with Redfield glass I received as a Christmas present from my pops (who is really the reason I got into shooting). I love the existing furniture, but a laminated thumbhole is calling my name...
