    Beretta Pico 380

Apparently Beretta unveiled a pocket .380 semi-auto called the Pico at the NRA show.

Beretta Pico .380 ACP Subcompact Pistol | The Firearm Blog

Nice to see Beretta (TCP-->Pico) and S&W (Judge-->Governor) ripping off Taurus now, instead of the other way around.

For $50 more than the TCP, it looks like you get three-dot sights and controls that are hard to manipulate. Eager to see more.

BTW, I say Pico is a TCP ripoff (instead of a LCP or P3AT or DB380 ripoff) because of the styling.

well that was one area (pocket 380) that beretta was missing out on.
their little 22/25/32 with tip up barrel as i understand it wouldn't hold up to 380 torture and thier mid sized 380 (which is one of my favorite 380's) surely wasn't a pocket sized gun.
I am not overly fond of the nano, but then again the Kimber solo is worse to me?
I have the PX4sc and truly love that one, but time will tell as to the new introduction, late in the game but with beretta's name recognition will likely do fine.

I can't believe I flat walked past the Beretta booth two times and never walked in. The booth was built to look like they were targeting the high end shotgun crowd, which unfortunately I'm not a part of. It just didn't occur to me to go in there, and then I was out of time.

Anyway, that Pico looks very interesting indeed. I can handle the slide lock the way it is, I'm not sure I'm ready for a mag release like that in a carry gun though. Maybe, just maybe.

Per the Beretta webpage, the Pico can change over to a .32 ACP. That caliber in that size gun makes dang near a perfect conceal carry gun for people with recoil issues.

" The grip frame, sights, and caliber (go from a .380 to a .32ACP by changing the barrel) are all simple to modify." from - http://www.berettausa.com/products/beretta-pico-380/

I wonder if it a true double action gun or just like the P3AT design with the slide having to precock the hammer?

Love Beretta's, but please....Monkey see Monkey do.

At least they spiced up the game a bit by offering more
    COLOR options.
