Perhaps we should think of it as a modern version of a double barrel flintlock.... As far as carry goes, you only have to have someone make an appropriate holster. Besides it seems a lot cooler and more realistic than than the guys who double fist a pair of pistols and act like they can hit anything!

If John Browning wanted the 1911 to have two barrels, he would have designed it that way.
