I could use a truck gun..

If deal goes through I'll post pics Ect...

I've owned several Hi Points through the years. The pistols are heavy; they feel clumsy and boring to me. I like the carbines. I've owned several 995s and currently have two. I picked up a 4595 at J&G a couple of months ago and a .45 pistol (used and cheap). The 4595 is my new favorite pistol caliber carbine. It's much more fun to shoot than the 995.

I have a hi Point C9. I love it. Everybody says they are ugly. If I put them side by side to a glock they look almost the same to me!
Very accurate. Very reliable. Too heavy yes. But when I'm shooting it, I don't realize the weight.
    Fun to shoot.
I will try to post a pic as soon as I can figure out how. Nothing I do seems to work.
Anyway, GREAT gun as far as I'm concerned. Low recoil too.

There are quite a few HiPoint pistols running around... My C9s are stashed around my house. You're right, too heavy for me to carry, also. But we all seem to like the ones we have... Ugly? Maybe... But, like BBGun said, they're not that different in looks than the other ugly guns...

I have been researching this pistol extensively, because I am going to purchase a JCP 40. All I have heard both here and other places is that the Hi Point is a solid, reliable pistol....
HE thinks, therefore I am! <><

Six posts and no one has bashed the HiPoints! That must be a record.
Nothing wrong with a HiPoint, they work. That's more than you can say for some of the "pretty" guns.

We don't bash much here, unlike other forums.... We do like the truth, though....

Would you feel better if I call the pistols 'ugly' as well as heavy and clumsy?
