I saw this gun in a movie a while back and have been wondering what it is ever since. It looks like a Beretta 92 or variant but from other angles it looks different, and I've never seen a trigger guard like that on a Beretta. Any ideas?

I agree that it is a Beretta 93 Here is a Youtube video
Ditto for the Beretta 93. You can even see the mounting hole in the front of the trigger guard where the folding fore-grip would attach.

Isn't that the same gun the Russian Officer used near the end of the movie in Red Dawn?
