The short answer is none of those, unless you qualify your question to best production 1911. The "best" 1911 based on an "I won the lottery" scenario would be a full up custom 1911 by one of the top 1911 gunsmiths. Of the list you have the Wilson would come the closest, but you have so many competing custom houses (like STi, NightHawk, GunCrafters, Chip McCormick, Ed Brown, etc.) left out as to make the list invalid. Maybe you should break your list into three classes, Production, Custom House, and Named Single Gunsmith Customs. But the best 1911 would be a named single gunsmith custom 1911 made to my specs and made my way, at least for me and that's the great thing about 1911s.
