PT140 in a Crossbreed MiniTuck. However, as I mentioned in a recent thread, I am going to start OCing it with an Uncle Mike's Nylon holster.
I occasionally CC a midsize RIA 1911 in a Crossbreed SuperTuck which I bought a couple months ago but the 40 cal is so much more compact and lighter. The RIA has pretty much been relegated to bedside table duty.

Carry the PT140 everywhere I'm legally allowed to do so!
Depends on what kinda mood I'm if I wear it open in a Fobus SP11B holster, or concealed in an Uncle Mikes size 6 IWB holster.

PT-140 is my primary. Smartcarry most of the time. CrossBreed Supertuck at other times. Decent IWB rig I got from the Holster Store awile back. I have two 140's, so they get rotated some.
My pt 145 is my carry gun. I use a iwb holster I got from Cheaper than Dirt for $39.00 it is sude and allows for re-hosltering. I wear all day.
when you carry a 45 cal. you bring enough gun to the fight.
The PT 111 Pro in an Uncle Mike's IWB holster size 16 when wearing loose clothing. It's in a custom made IWB holster (using similar material and style to a Remora but with a belt clip for added security) which is lower sitting when wearing tighter fitting clothes.
I carried my PT-111 exclusively for about 3 years, IBW Blackhawk #5.
I just this year moved it to the night stand, and began to carry the Bersa T380.
I carry my little PT145 iwb appendix at 1:00, all day with shorts and t-shirt.. I really don't believe it can be "made"..Love that little gun![]()
