As I had placed the order to ship to the store some five days earlier I stopped by my local store (12 miles from home) to pick them up as I thought they would be in. The clerk checked as said that they were in transit and I should stop in Saturday. Not being a glutton for punishment to put up with a crowded store and long lines I figured I'll stop in next week.

Got mine (PT-145 version) several days ago. Left them fully loaded for two days and then took them out to the range - all worked just fine.

The leave the magazines fully loaded for a day or so is something a lot of us forget about doing but need to do.

If anyone is interested, I was in Cabelas in Phoenix today and they have single PT145 mags on the floor for $19.95 each. Some Mil-Pros on sale @ $349.

My guess is that they may be limited quantity - limited time deals.

    Here is what they have:

Ordered four of them myself the other day! Thanks for the heads up TexasDeputy!
ORDER TOTAL = $51.74 They should be here tomorrow or the next. Cant wait. Put 33 more rounds down the pipe yesterday and am still happy as can be about the gun. Good to know that the small gun problem wasnt a biggie afterall.

Today I took the last 3 of the modified 24/7C magazines I bought on this deal to the range to try them in my PT640 Pro.

The modified 24/7C mags worked flawlessly in the PT 640 until I had a non-magazine related problem that stopped my shooting for the day (now fixed).

I will go back to the range on Thursday and test them again, but they appear to fit and function fine in the PT640 Pro with the minor modification we discussed in an earlier post.

The MilPro .45s are history and what they have in stock is currently half off at $19.98. Wish I knew about this a week ago when I was at Cabela's in Mitchell, SD. Doh!

Gander Mountain is advertising a "Spring Clearance" sale. I stopped by, and did not find anything interesting on clearance, but I did look at the pistol magazine display (not on clearance).
They have the PT 145 Mil Pro mags in stock for $49.95 each. They are the exact same model number as the several I purchased on the Cabela's deal.
