Well, I was in the process of ordering myself 2 of these for my PT145 and momma walked in and said no, you spend to much on guns now!!! Heck!!! guess I've been a bad boy!!! No Christmas for me!!

I am no expert so take this with the grain of salt....
Dont know if this will answer the question but found another magizine site with pictures of the 2 mags flat vs non. Appears the flat has no pinky rest on the 9mm..

also I can tell you that a PT24/7 mag will fit my PT145 but its a bit long and needs a sleeve to fill the void, along with some sand paper and thats another story ( and thread)...
ADDED: I didnt think I needed them but hey can you ever have enought guns (mags) and ammo... I ordered some mags, then to cover my back side at home picked up the wife some blackgold jewlery for her Birthday in January!!!
