Thanks for the reply. I am pretty good with dogs and animal behavior and our family has taught the dog the pecking order. She is a sweet/great dog.
I can control her and correct her when she is wrong. People are easiest to socialize her with. She quickly adjusts to new people and once they become part of the family, she can hardly contain her joy to see them.
The biggest problem with socializing with dogs is not the dogs, but the owners. People freak when she gets an aggressive tone. You get the right owner and my dog will play with the dog after 5 minutes. Finding good people is harder than finding a good dog. I've not given up on the dog, I've given up on training other dog's owners.
