You are correct and I can't type! 4.7 grains of Universal fills the case to the point that any more would compress the charge.

AHH?? you do know that the scale (balance beam) has an adjustment to zero out to the proper weight, right? every balance beam scale that I have seen or used must be calibrated and all have that...
