Sounds like a problem with the extractor or chamber. Clean chamber with a slightly over sized brush (I use a .25) make sure it is smooth and free of corrosion, also make sure dry firing hasn't left a firing pin mark on the breach face that is sticking the cases, you can use a small half round file to clean it up.
If everything in the chamber looks ok it could be the extractor. First check to see that the hook that grabs the case rim is not broken. IF all these are fine it is probably the spring tension on the extractor. The extractor works like a leaf spring, mine had lost it's tension and ability to hold the case tight enough to extract. I removed it from the bolt and bent it back slightly with my had to increase tension, it only takes a little.
It does take some minor gunsmith skills to do, if you don't feel comfortable doing it I would recommend taking it to a certified gunsmith.
Hope this helps.
