Hello to all here... As i stated above I am a first time gun owner, just picked up a Taurus PT111 millenium Pro, 9mm (10+1) at a local shop. I have not even fired it yet, (going to the range w a buddy tonight..) looking forward to it. I bought a couple hundred Federal 115gr/fmj from the walmart, seems like a good ammo for the price ($19.97/100rds) for the range, are these OK to use all the time or is there a better option for ccw rounds ? Also, are there any words of wisdom floating around out there in regards to this pistol ? Things to look out for or any other useful tips or advice or such... thanks in advance , chad

Welcome from Mobile.........I have had a 111 Pro for about 3..5 years.
The Fed Champion should work fine. Mine likes them. I carry Speer Gold Dot 124. Walmart also sells the Winchester PDX1 for about $18 for 20 rounds, and Hornady Critical Duty for about the same.
