Thanks for the welcome. Can anyone tell me where I can find a manual for my Taurus 66? It was made in 1987. I called Taurus but neglected to ask them. Also, are there any pictures online of this model?

Welcome from Wisconsin.
For Taurus year of manufacture there is this.
Taurus International Manufacturing Inc - Find My Model
Just put the gun's serial number in it.
If that does not work then there is the Taurus Customer Service number at 1-800-327-3776. Give them your gun's serial number and they'll be able to tell you.
Six shot model 66s were discontinued in 2001 and the 7 shot models were started in 1999, so there was some overlap between old models manufacture and new model manufacture.
As far as manuals are concerned there is this.
Revolver Manual
File Format: PDF/Adobe Acrobat

If you read the above paragraph from Taurus you'll see that the older 83 and 86 are also included in things so that would be for older guns like yours.

Yesterday is gone; tomorrow is uncertain; today is here. Use it wisely.
