Hello from the Upstate of S.C.

New to this board, not to Taurus handguns.
Had a Taurus mod 66 years ago and loved it, after firing about 10,000 rounds thru it
    I traded for a new TZ-75 in 9mm.
Bought my oldest son a Taurus PT-92 in 9mm for his 21st birthday This week.
So far, we both love it.
He had a choice between a Berreta or the Taurus and liked the safety better on the
    Taurus. (so did I)
I carried an M9 in the service and did'nt like it.

Welcome to the forum. The model 92 has a good following here.

Welcome aboard doncameron. As Qwiks said, we have many PT92 enthusiasts here, myself included.

Not to knock Beretta but I'd rather have a PT92 than a 92FS/M9 any day of the week and twice on Sundays.
