Today I got my first what could be considered "real" knife.

A Scallion, nice. They are a bit small for my taste but very good knives none the less. I had the Leek ( One size larger) and recently bought the Shallot which is the largest of the Onion line. All are excellent knives. I suggest taking a look at WWW.Kershawguy.com if you like Kershaw's offerings.

I have never considered myself to be a "knife guy", probably because I have never owned a good knife. But I'm liking this little knife a lot!

Yes they had a Leek there that I looked at too. One of my main considerations was that I had a $50 gift card for that store, the Scallion was priced at $49.99. So I got the knife for $2.98! That is a good thing as I'm unemployed these days!
