    Boy Howdy the only thing worse would be having the cuffs put on you and hauled off to Library Jail for having delinquent late/over due book charges for that period of time.........
    If you have a difficult job to do....Give it to a lazy man......He will find the easy way to do it.

    Sorry, but the statute of limitations has LONG since expired. This could now be a suit from the woman against the state of Florida. Even a felony that doesn't end in death of someone is only 4 years limitation.

    Not really arrested for stealing the cigarettes, she was arrested for not paying her $85.00 in court fees from when she was arrested for stealing the cigarettes.

    Not sure what the statute of limitations is on that, probably none. State will spend thousands of dollars to collect $85.00.
